2. Rapid Prototyping

Mold Development Process
Our mold development process spans requirement analysis, mold design, mold flow simulation, precision manufacturing, trial runs, and production implementation—each stage focused on quality and efficiency to ensure stable molding and high-yield production.
1. Requirement & Product Analysis
Work closely with customers to evaluate product design, functional requirements, material selection, and production goals, offering structural recommendations and DFM analysis to minimize late-stage design changes.
2. Mold Concept Design
Plan parting lines, runner systems, ejection mechanisms, and cooling layouts, selecting optimal mold materials and structures to enhance mold life and machining efficiency.
3. CAE / Moldflow Simulation
Perform simulations for filling, packing, warpage, and cooling to predict potential defects (short shots, air traps, warpage, sink marks) and optimize designs in advance.
4. Mold Manufacturing
Utilize CNC, EDM, and grinding processes for precision mold fabrication, verified by CMM measurement to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
5. Trial Runs & Adjustment
Conduct sample trials to validate molding conditions such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time, making fine adjustments to runners, gates, and ejection systems for improved stability and yield.
6. Production Implementation Support
